摘要
为了解农村高中教师工作压力与职业倦怠之间的关系,考察心理健康在其中所起的作用,本研究采用问卷调查法对295名农村高中教师进行了调查。结果发现:1)农村高中教师工作压力、职业倦怠与心理健康之间两两相关显著;2)农村高中教师的工作压力对其职业倦怠具有正向预测作用;3)农村高中教师的心理健康对其工作压力、职业倦怠具有正向预测作用;4)农村高中教师的心理健康在工作压力与职业倦怠的关系中起着部分中介作用,并且中介效应占总效应的15.45%。
This study aims to understand the relationship between working pressure and job burnout among rural secondary teachers and the role of psychological health. A survey is conducted to investigate 296 rural secondary teachers. The results indicate that there is a significant relationship between working pressure and lob burnout. The working pressure is a positive predictor of job burnout. Their psychological health is also a significant positive predictor of their working pressure and job burnout and essentially a mediating role among the later two variables.
