摘要
鉴于系统分隔在过程系统流程模拟中的广泛应用,文中对系统分隔方法进行了深入的研究。在过程系统流程设计或优化中,经常需对流程做出调整,这也将改变系统的拓扑结构,使得系统分隔排序的结果发生变化。为了提高系统分隔的效率,进而提高流程模拟的效率,本文基于深度优先搜索算法对系统分隔方法进行了改进,提出了系统快速再分隔方法。经实验验证,所改进方法对系统进行再次分隔结果与原方法所得结果一致,并大大减少了分隔过程所用的时间。由此可证明,该方法稳定可靠,可快速进行对过程系统的再次分隔排序,进而有效提高了系统流程模拟的效率。
For the wide use of system partitioning in flowsheeting,the system partition was deeply researched. In the cause of system process design or optimization,the process need to be adjusted constantly,which can change the topological structure of the system and the results of separate sorting. In response to the changes of topological structure and a second sort spilt,the methods of system partitioning based on depth-first-search was improved. The experiment proved that the method was stable and reliable,which can effectively improve system partitioning efficiency.
