摘要
为研究焦炉尾气耦合生物沼气进行工艺集成制取天然气的可行性,通过系统阐述焦炉尾气制天然气技术与生物沼气制天然气技术,进而分析二者技术方案存在的问题及共性,提出了初步的工艺集成方案设想,同时运用Aspen Plus软件进行集成工艺的模拟研究。由结果可知,生物沼气净化提纯与焦炉尾气补碳工艺是目前较为现实、经济的制取天然气的路径,而生物沼气可作为焦炉尾气补碳工艺的碳源,二者可初步实现工艺耦合集成,能够提高企业产能和效益,具有较好的参考意义和实际应用价值。
In order to study the possibility of process integration of coke oven gas coupling biogas to synthetic natural gas( SNG),the coke oven gas to SNG and the biogas to SNG were systematically elaborated,the problem and commonality in these two technical scheme were analyzed,the process integration scheme was put forward,and the integration process was simulated by using Aspen Plus software. The results show that the biogas purification and coke oven gas methanation with supplementary carbon is the relatively realistic and economical industrial path. The biogas can be used as carbon source of coke oven gas to SNG. The process integration can improve the companies' capacity and efficiency,which has a good reference significance and practical application value.
