摘要
人格教育是使自然人成为理想人的过程,文章从孔子在《论语》中的言论,分析孔子的人格教育思想,包括人格教育的可能性、人格教育的目标及人格教育的过程。为了检视孔子这种哲学思想是否与当代心理学对于人格研究的发现相通,通过分析人本学派心理学、正向心理学及其他6位心理学家的研究,归纳他们对于人性及人格成长的观点,再与孔子的人格教育思想对照,以寻找孔子人格教育思想的理论依据。研究发现现代心理学主张人有自由意志,人会追寻未来及进步,人有一个理想目标;这些观点与孔子的人格教育思想有相通之处。
Personality education is the process of the natural person to become the ideal person. Based on the Confucian Analects,this pa- per analyzes the personality education thought of Confucius,including the possibility of personality education, the goal of personality education and the process of personality education. In order to examine whether the philosophical thinking of Confucius is connected with the discovery of personality research in contemporary psychology, this paper analyses the f'mdings from the humanistic psychology, positive psychology and other 6 contemporary psychologists,sums up their views on human nature and the growth of personality,and then compared with Confucius' s theory of personality education so as to find the theoretical basis of Confucius' s personality education thought. Research finds that contemporary psycholo- gy advocates that the mankind have the personal free will,have the ideal goal and will make effort toward the betterment and progress, which are consistent with Confucius' s personality education thought.
