摘要
我国大学教师课堂教学行为存在着"重讲授、轻研讨"的特征,探寻其背后的文化成因具有十分重要的现实意义。从文化的视角分宏观、中观、微观三个层面对形成原因进行分析。宏观上重群体、轻个体的价值取向文化,重内敛、轻个性的民族性格文化;中观上重应试、轻素质的教育目标文化,重规范、轻自由的教育管理文化,重传统、轻技术的教育工作文化;微观上重科研、轻教学的大学评价文化,重知识、轻创新的学生评价文化。这些因素共同构筑了"重讲授、轻研讨"这一教学行为特征的文化图景。
The Chinese university teachers' classroom teaching behavior has the feature of "focusing on lecturing and neglecting discus- sion". There is a very important practical significance to explore the cultural causes behind it. From the perspective of culture, this paper analyz- es the causes from the macro,medium and micro levels. They are as follows: value orientation culture of great importance attached to the group instead of the individual and the national character culture with emphases on the inward instead of the personality on the macro level;education- al target culture of focus on examination instead quality, educational management culture of emphasizing norm instead of freedom and education- al work culture of concentrating on tradition instead of teehnolngy on the medium level; university evaluation culture of emphasizing research in- stead teaching,student evaluation culture focusing on knowledge instead of innovation on the micro level. These factors together eoustruet the cultural landscape of the "focusing on lecturing and neglecting discussion" teaching behavior characteristics.
