miRNA-145在不同宫颈组织中的表达意义

Expression of miRNA-145 in Different Cervical Tissues

目的探讨miR-145表达在不同宫颈癌组织中的意义。方法应用逆转录聚合酶链反应RT-PCR技术,检测20例正常宫颈组织、20例宫颈鳞状上皮内瘤样病变(cervical intraepithelial neoplasias,CIN)组织及40例宫颈鳞癌(cervical cancer,CC)Ⅱ期中分化组织中miRNA-145表达情况。结果 miR-145的相对表达量在宫颈癌组织中为(0.400±0.242),明显低于CIN组织[(0.742±0.419)],低于正常宫颈组织(1.082±0.478),差异有明显的统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 miR-145的相对表达量在正常宫颈组织、CIN组织、宫颈癌组织中逐渐下降,提示miR-145可能参与宫颈癌发生、发展。

Objective To explore the expression of miR-145 in normal cervical tissues.Methods The expressions of miR-145 in 20 cases of normal cervical tissues,20 cases of human cervical intraepithelial neoplasias tissues and 40 cases of stageⅡ cervical cancer were detected by RT-PCR.Results The expression of miR-145（ 0.400 ± 0.242） in cervical cancer tissues was significantly lower than those of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia tissues（ 0.742 ± 0.419） and normal cervical tissues（ 1.082± 0.478）,and the difference was significant（ P 0.001）.Conclusion The expression of miR-145 in cervical cancer tissues is less than the cervical intraepithelial neoplasia tissues and normal cervical tissues,those results suggest that miR-145 probably participate in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.
