胃癌组织中MAT1及MCM2表达的临床病理意义

摘要 目的探讨胃癌组织中相关基因1(MAT1)以及微小染色体维持蛋白2(MCM2)的表达及其临床意义。方法选取95例胃癌患者,采用免疫组化法检测所有患者癌组织以及癌旁组织MAT1、MCM2的表达情况,分析胃癌组织表达中MAT1、MCM2与患者各临床指标的相关性。结果①胃癌组织表达MAT1、MCM2的阳性率显著高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②MAT1表达与年龄、性别、体质指数、肿瘤分化程度无显著相关性(P>0.05),与浸润深度、淋巴结转移、远处转移有显著相关性(P<0.05)。③MCM2表达与年龄、性别、体质指数、远处转移无显著相关性(P>0.05),与肿瘤分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移有显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论胃癌组织中MAT1、MCM2表达与其临床指标密切相关,从而进一步影响患者的预后。 Objective To investigate the clinical pathological significance of expression of metastasis-associated gene1( MAT1) and minichromosome maintenance protein2( MCM2) in gastric carcinoma tissues.Methods 95 cases of patients with gastric carcinoma were selected as the objects of study,and expression of MAT1 and MCM2 in gastric carcinoma tissues and carcinoma adjacent tissues of all patients were detected by imunohistochemistry method,then the correlation between expression of MAT1 and MCM2 in gastric carcinoma tissues and clinical indexes in patients with gastric carcinoma were analyzed.Results ①The positive rates of expression of MAT1 and MCM2 in gastric carcinoma tissues were obviously higher than those in carcinoma adjacent tissues,respectively( P 0.05).②There were no significant correlations between expression of MAT1 and age,sex,body mass index and tumor differentiation( P 0.05),while expression of MAT1 was significantly correlated with depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis( P 0.05).③There were no significant correlations between expression of MCM2 and age,sex,body mass index and distant metastasis( P 0.05),while expression of the MCM2 was significantly correlated with tumor differentiation,depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis( P 0.05).Results The expression of MAT1 and MCM2 in gastric carcinoma are closely related to clinical indexes,which can influence the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer.
