甲状腺髓样癌的彩色多普勒超声影像学特点

Color Doppler Ultrasound Imaging Characteristics of Medullary Thyroid Carcinoma

目的探讨甲状腺髓样癌(MTC)的彩色多普勒超声影像学特点。方法收集通过术后病理证实的80例甲状腺髓样癌患者的超声造影诊断资料,同时收集80个良性结节的资料作为对照组,分析两组结节的超声影像学特征。结果甲状腺髓样癌结节超声影像表现低回声(96.3%),实性(100.0%),边缘规则(83.8%),结节伴钙化(71.3%),卵圆形(77.5%),淋巴结转移(56.3%)的特征。MTC结节回声和钙化方面与良性结节影像特征有明显差异(P<0.05),MTC结节边缘和形态与良性结节相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论甲状腺髓样癌具有较明显的超声影像学特征,通过超声检查有助于其鉴别和诊断,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the characteristics of color doppler ultrasound imaging in medullary thyroid carcinoma（ MTC）.Methods 80 cases of thyroid medullary carcinoma confirmed by pathology after operation were collected,and 80 cases of benign nodules were the control group,and the ultrasonic imaging characteristics of the 2 groups were analyzed.Results The image of medullary thyroid carcinoma ultrasound showed hypoechoic nodules（ 96.3%）,solid（ 100.0%）,（ 83.8%）,oval edge rule（ 77.5%）,（ 71.3%） nodules with calcification,lymph node metastasis（ 56.3%）.There was significant difference in the imaging features of echo nodules and calcification between MTC nodules and benign nodules（ P 0.05）,and there had no significant difference in edge and forms between MTC nodules and benign nodules（ P 0.05）.Conclusion Thyroid medullary carcinoma has obvious ultrasonic imaging characteristics,and it can be used to distinguish and diagnose,and it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
