An Investigation on Participation of Public Environmental Education Center Guiyang in Environment Protection

文章通过对贵阳市公众环境教育中心的调查,分析总结了该中心成立以来在环境保护方面所作的努力,包括参与生态文明建设地方法规的修订,以非对抗性方式参与环境保护,对有关县市和部门的生态文明工作进行第三方监督,帮助企业进行污染治理,开展环境公益诉讼等,从一个侧面反映出贵阳市当前环境共治的现实及主要方式。

Based on a comprehensive investigation on Public Environmental Education Center Guiyang, this article makes a summarization on the achievement obtained since its establishment, including its participation in the regulation concerning eeo-civilization construction and environment protection using a non-confrontational method. The center also engaged in third-party monitoring, pollution management of enterprises and environmental nonprofit litigation. The engagement of such center is a demonstration of the shared governance on environment in Guivang.
