This article discusses Buchanan＇s Theory of Constitutional Contract based on the logic basis of economics Analysis from three aspects： First, methodological individualism as the core; Second, the market trading paradigm as the logic; Third, unanimity as the regime contract guidelines. Buchanan＇s institutional contract theory not only expands the classical political economics taking market transactions as the research paradigm, but also innovates the political philosophy of the classical contract theory, which provides some new perspectives and ideas for our understanding of human society＇s politics or public life.
