随着我国金融证券行业的快速发展,金融证券市场需要越来越多的专业化人才,2016年教育部调整了招生专业,证券与期货专业成为时代的需求;如何在新时期培养高素质高技能型高职人才是我院面临的主要问题,创新人才培养模式,提高高职生的职业能力和就业能力是我们努力的目标。

With the rapid development of the financial securities industry,financial and securities markets need more and more specialized personnel,in 2016,the Ministry of Education adjusts the enrollment profession,securities and futures become professional needs of the time. How to cultivate the higher-quality high-skilled personnel in the new era is a major problem that we are facing,innovative training model and improvement over vocational skills and employability is the goal of our efforts.
