教学团队建设背景下的公共体育青年教师培养研究

Study on Pubic College Youth Physical Education Teachers Training Based on the Teaching Group Construction

本文从当前高校公共体育教学的现实出发,阐述了公共体育青年教师培养的困境,包括学校对公共体育青年教师培养不重视、缺乏良好的培养平台、自身缺乏发展的动力;并根据当前上海市教委开展的教学团队建设计划,认为该计划为高校公共体育青年教师的发展提供了良好的机遇,并提出了教学团队建设背景下公共体育青年教师培养的途径,即确立符合实际的培养目标、制订合理的培养计划、充分发挥团队带头人的引领作用、建立明确的培养质量评估考核手段。

From the current university public physical education（ PE） teaching reality,this study elaborated the public physical training of young teachers difficulties,including university not paying attention to the training,lack of cultivation of good platform and lack of the motive force of the development of youth physical education teachers. According to plan the construction of teaching group in Shanghai education board,it provides a good opportunity for youth PE teachers professional development of in colleges and universities. We also raised the way of training the youth PE teachers under the background of the construction teaching group,which is to establish training objectives,formulate reasonable training plan,fully play the leading role of team leader,and establish evaluation methods of cultivating quality.
