Discussion on Operation Mode in Mental Health Education of College Students in the Science and Technology College

心理健康教育作为高等院校德育教育的重要组成部分,其意义重大。根据几年来从事心理健康教育的工作经验,结合我院心理健康教育的现状,探索了切合我院实际的心理健康教育运作模式:开设大学生心理健康教育课程,加强个别心理咨询和团体心理辅导,丰富校园心理文化建设。

Psychological health education,as an important part of ethnical training in institutions of higher learning,is very significant. Based on experience from my work of psychological health education for several years,we can associate with the situation of psychological health education in Science and Technology College,mode of operation for psychological health education has been explored,which is correspond to reality of the college,as follows： structuring curricula on psychological health education for students,strengthening personal and team psychological counseling,enriching psychological culture construction in the college.
