高校辅导员在职业能力大赛中的话语能力探析

Discourse Ability of College Counselors in the Contest of Professional Competence

辅导员话语能力包括口头表达能力、沟通能力与共情能力,而高校辅导员职业能力大赛中的内容能展示其话语能力。通过分析,目前高校辅导员在职业能力大赛中的话语能力普遍存在着态度上的强制性、内容上缺乏主题性与针对性、形式上的乏味性与干瘪性等问题,在此基础上,指出高校辅导员在职业能力大赛中使用话语中的寒暄、暗示、余地和修辞等话语手段和话语策略。

The discourse ability of counselors including oral expression,communication ability and empathy ability,and the content of the College Counselors＇ professional ability competition can demonstrate their discourse ability. Through analysis,currently the discourse ability in college counselor professional competence contest exists the widespread mandatory attitudes,lack of thematic and targeted content,formal and boring sex shriveled and other issues. On this basis,points out that college counselors in vocational skills contest using words of greeting,hinting,room and rhetoric means of discourse and discourse strategies.
