跨文化交际能力培养途径探讨

An Exploratory Discussion on the Cultivation of Intercultural Communicative Competence

在二语习得中,文化知识和技能的习得和语言知识和技能的习得一样重要,培养跨文化交际能力,可以从更新培养理念,提高教师文化素养,改革课程设置,重视文化教学内容,采用多种教学方法,和完善评价体系等六个方面进行。只有多角度、多途径地去培养、提高交际者的跨文化能力,才能达到在跨文化交际中有效顺畅的沟通。

In second language acquisition,it is important to acquire language knowledge and skills as it is to acquire intercultural knowledge and skills. Six ways are suggested in this paper to cultivate the intercultural competence,which are updating the teaching notion,enhancing teachers＇ cultural accomplishments,curricula reform,attaching more importance to intercultural elements in teaching materials,diversifying teaching methods,developing and improving the evaluation system. Only through multiple ways and from multiple perspectives can we cultivate and improve the intercultural competence of the learners and thus ensure the fluent and effective communication between cultures.
