摘要
经济法是高校法学专业的基础课程之一,它是我国建设社会主义市场经济不可或缺的法律规范。当前我国经济处于发展的关键时期,对经济法知识的牢固掌握并熟练应用对于培养高校法学专业本科学生的法学实践能力具有非常重要的意义。然而,目前法学本科经济法教学面临诸多困境,必须要对经济法课程的教学进行全方位改革。
Economic law is one of the basic courses of law major in university. It is an indispensable legal norm for the construction of socialist market economy in our country. The current economic development in China is at a critical period. It is very important to grasp the knowledge of economic law and apply it to cultivate the ability of law practice. However,there are many difficulties in the teaching of law undergraduate education,and the teaching reform of economic law course must be carried out in all directions.
