全瓷嵌体与复合树脂嵌体修复短冠磨牙的效果评价

The Clinical Evaluation of Short Crown Molar Restoration between Ceramage Polymer Ceramic Inlay and Compound Resins Inlay

目的:比较全瓷嵌体与复合树脂嵌体修复牙冠过短磨牙的临床效果。方法:对67例患者75颗过度磨耗的磨牙残冠做嵌体修复,随机分组,其中34颗用Ceramage聚合瓷嵌体修复,41颗用复合树脂嵌体修复,参照修正后的美国公共健康协会(USPHS)标准,对修复体的疗效进行评估。结果:经过1年观察,两组嵌体在边缘密合度、修复体完整性发生方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在颜色匹配、继发龋方面Ceramage聚合瓷组优于复合树脂组(P<0.05)。结论:对于牙冠过短磨牙的嵌体修复,Ceramage聚合瓷修复体是一种良好的修复材料。

Objective： To evaluate the therapeutic effects of inlays made from Ceramage polymer ceramic and compound resins for the restoration of short crown molar.Method： 34 short crown molars in 31 cases were restored by Ceramage polymer ceramic inlay restorations and 41 in 36 cases by compound resins inlay restorations.All the restorations were evaluated using the modified United States Public Health Service（USPHS） criteria.Result： The difference in marginal anatomic shape and restoration integrity between the two groups had no statistical difference（P〉0.05）.But Ceramage polymer ceramic inlay restorations showed significantly better performance in edge chromatosis and secondary caries in 1-year follow-up（P〈0.05）.Conclusion ： Ceramage polymer ceramic inlay is a good material for short crown molar restoration.
