下床活动时间对结肠癌患者术后康复的影响

目的:研究不同下床活动时间对结肠癌患者术后康复的影响。方法:选择2013年6月-2015年6月笔者所在医院接诊的180例结肠癌术后患者进行研究。按照随机数表法,随机均分为三组。A组在术后1 d嘱患者进行下床活动,B组在术后2 d嘱患者进行下床活动,C组在术后3 d进行术后下床活动。术后1、2、3 d,记录三组患者的术后胃液引流量,并对患者的肛门排气时间、下床活动时间及住院时间进行记录分析。术后,分析患者的血栓及尿潴留的发生率,并问卷调查患者对康复效果的满意度。结果:术后,A组患者的术后3 d的胃液引流量明显少于B组和C组(P<0.05),肛门排气时间、下床活动时间及住院时间明显短于B组和C组(P<0.05)。A组患者的血栓及尿潴留的发生率明显低于B组和C组(P<0.05),满意度明显高于B组和C组(P<0.05)。结论:术后1 d嘱患者进行下床活动,可显著改善患者术后的康复情况,值得在临床进行推广。

Objective： To study the effect of different time of bed activity on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with colon cancer.Method： From June 2013 to June 2015, 180 cases of postoperative colorectal cancer patients in our hospital were studied.According to the random number table method were randomly divided into three groups.The A group in postoperative one day patients were out of bed activity, the B group in postoperative two days patients were out of bed activity, C group after three days postoperative ambulation.After operation, 1, 2 and 3 d were recorded in three groups of patients with postoperative gastric juice, and the anal exhaust time, the time of bed activity and the length of stay of the patients were recorded and analyzed.After surgery, the incidence of thrmnbosis and urinary retention were analyzed, and the satisfaction degree of the patients with rehabilitation effect was investigated by questionnaire.Result： After operation three days, the amount of gastric juice in A group was less than B group and C group（P〈0.05）, anal exhaust time, time to get out of bed and hospitalization time in A group were significantly shorter than B group and C group（P〈0.05）.The ineidence of thrombosis and urinary retention in patients with A group was significantly lower than that in C group and B group（P〈0.05）, and the degree of satisfaction in A group was significantly higher than that in B group and C group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： For patients ambulation after operation one day, can significantly improve the patient＇s recovery after surgery, it is worlhy of clinical popularization.
