摘要
微生物发酵工程学是北京林业大学生物理科基地专业本科生重要的一门专业基础课,该课程采取教学与实践相结合的方式,着重介绍微生物发酵工程的发展前沿及相关重要技术的应用。在总结北京林业大学生物理科基地微生物发酵工程教学经验的基础上,从教学内容、教学方式、教学成果以及考核方式等方面探讨了MOOC模式下的微生物发酵工程学教学改革探索。
Microbial fermentation engineering course is a major compulsory course of biological science in Beijing Forestry University for undergraduate students. This course adopts the combination of teaching and practice, and introduces the development of microbial fermentation engineering and the application of related important technologies. Based on summarizing the teaching experience in Microbiology fermentation engineering in Beijing Forestry University, we briefly discuss a series of teaching reforms from teaching contents, teaching methods, teaching effects and examination in microbial fermentation engineering course under the MOOC model.
