摘要
通过分析职业核心能力的内涵和意义,并以电气自动化技术专业为例,提出基于职业核心能力培养的高职课程体系的构建,培养学生的实践动手能力、分析问题以及解决问题的能力,提升毕业生的就业竞争力和职场可持续发展力。
This paper analyzes the connotation and significance of vocational core ability, and takes electrical automation technology as an example, and puts forward the construction of curriculum system of higher vocational education based on the cultivation of vocational core ability. These will cultivate students＇ practical ability, analysis problem ability and problem-solving ability, improve the competitiveness of graduates＇ employment and career sustainable development.
