摘要
科研活跃度是促进研究生投入课题研究的一个重要因素,也是推动科研团队持续发展的关键要素。从兴趣、动力、成果效应等方面,分析了目前影响研究生科研活力的主要原因,并提出了提升科研活跃度的4点建议:有的放矢、因材施教、适度激励以及合理评价。
The research vitality is a main fact of validating the investment degree and a key to promote the sustainable development of scientific activities. This paper analyzes the reasons of affecting the vitality in graduated students＇ research project. Lastly, four suggestions are given, which are shooting targets, individualized teaching, moderately stimulation and reasonable evaluation.
