摘要 介绍了高效铸铁预处理剂在中小铸铁件、大型铸铁件以及发动机缸体铸件上的应用,通过对比分析,得出以下结论:(1)使用高效铸铁预处理剂可以降低铁液过冷度,减少白口倾向,促进细小的A型石墨形成,提高球墨铸铁球化率及石墨球的圆整度;(2)高效铸铁预处理剂用于无箱造型线生产空调、冰箱压缩机铸件,对改善铸件石墨形态和加工性能效果显著;(3)使用高效铸铁预处理剂可以替代其它材料或降低其用量,减少增碳剂加入量,在改善铸件组织和性能的同时,还能降低生产成本。 The application of high efficient pre-treating alloy to medium-small iron castings, big iron castings and cylinder block of engine was introduced. By comparative analysis,the following conclusions were obtained: (1)Using high efficient pretreating alloy could decrease super-cooling degree,reduced chilling tendency and promote formation of A-type graphite with small size, elevate nodularity and roundness of nodular iron. (2)When using high efficient pre-treating alloy for production of the castings of air-conditioner, refrigerator compressor,its effect on improving graphite morphology and machinability was obvious. (3)High efficient pre-treating alloy could be used to substitute other materials or reduce their amount,reduce adding amount of the recarburaizer that could improve structure and properties of cast iron, and besides, could decrease production cost.
