摘要 介绍了预处理工艺的2个发展阶段、预处理工艺的原理和控制要点、预处理工艺的优点。通过比较3种工艺方案,研究了预处理工艺对风电球墨铸铁件力学性能和金相组织的影响,研究结果表明:(1)采用预处理工艺,铸件能够获得更好的力学性能;(2)采用预处理工艺,铸件的石墨球数增加,石墨球更加细化和圆整,且大小和分布更加均匀;(3)用75Si Fe代替高Ca-Ba做预处理剂的方案3是最优的方案,既有效地节约了成本,又能保证在生产中得到组织和力学性能更优的产品。 The advantages of the two stages of development of pretreatment processes,principles,and control points of the pretreatment process were introduced. By comparing three kinds of technology programs,the effects of pretreatment process on ductile iron mechanical properties and microstructure of wind turbine were researched. The results show: (1)Pretreatment process improved casting mechanical properties. (2)The pretreatment process increased the number of graphite nodules castings and graphite were more refined and uniform. (3)The best solution was use 75SiFe instead of high Ca-Ba as preprocessing agent. It reduced the cost and give better mechanical properties of the product in production.
