摘要
介绍了4缸机气缸体的原生产工艺及生产中出现的疤状类夹砂问题,通过对整个生产流程进行数据分析,找到关键影响因素,并采取了以下措施:(1)增强混砂机混砂的均匀性,保证砂芯各部分的即拉强度;(2)保证称量系统的准确性,确保混砂量和树脂加入量的比例在工艺范围内,从而使砂芯的性能得到保证;(3)防止芯盒漏气跑砂,保证砂芯充分固化,获得优质砂芯;(4)严格控制砂芯的烘烤时间和烘烤温度,保证砂芯本体强度。最终使铸件的疤状类夹砂缺陷得到了解决,废品率由0.48%降低到0.08%。
The original production technology and scab defect of four-cylinder engine cylinder block was introduced. By analyzing entire production process for data,the key factors to defect were find. And the following measures were taken: (1) Increase the uniformity of sand from mixer and make tensile strength of each part of the sand core stable. (2)Ensure the accuracy of weighing system and make the sand and resin ratio in the appropriate range so that the performance of sand core was sable. (3)Preventing the leakage of sand core box. Sand core fully cured and got high quality. (4)Strictly control the sand core heat time and temperature to ensure the strength. As a result,the scab defect on casting was resolved. The scrap rate dropped from 0.48% to 0.08%.
