摘要
利用快速元素分析仪对铁基合金中Si元素的发射光谱进行了分析研究,结果表明:(1)该方法可有效解决铁基合金中Si元素的现场快速分析问题;(2)使用Si288.16 nm谱线组和Si251.61 nm谱线组可以实现铸铁及合金钢中Si元素的快速定性及定量分析工作;(3)在铸铁分析中可以选用Fe291.22 nm谱线作为比较线,在0.5%以下含量分析时,可以对插值法进行适当修正;(4)Si251.61 nm谱线组的谱线间干扰较为明显,可以作为定性分析或定量分析中的参考谱线组使用;(5)该分析系统可记录材料光谱,使现场快速分析具备可追溯性,为铸件质量控制提供保障。
The emission spectra of Si elements in Fe-based alloys were analyzed by rapid elemental analysis. The results shown that: (1)This method can effectively solve the problem of Si element in Fe-based alloy in-situ rapid analysis. (2)The spectral lines of Si288.16 nm and Si251.61 nm can be used to achieve rapid qualitative and quantitative analysis of Si.(3 )The Fe291.22 nm spectrum can be used as the comparison line in the cast iron analysis,and the interpolation method can be modified appropriately when the content was less than 0.5%. (4)Si251.61 nm line group interference was obvious. It can be used in qualitative analysis or a reference line group in quantitative analysis. (5)The analysis system can record the material spectrum. That make on-site rapid analysis traceability and casting quality control become possible.
