TPS在制芯生产中的实践

摘要 为改善制芯工部产能不足的情况,采用TPS分析方法进行了大量分析,认为影响制芯工部产量低的主要原因是可动率低、节拍时间长。为此,采取了以下措施:将内换产转化为外换产,在芯盒上线前进行清理、检查,将下芯盒螺栓装夹改为下芯盒气缸装夹,减少换芯盒时间,进而提高可动率;调整设备布局,增加自动吹气功能,缩短节拍时间。措施制定后对员工进行全面培训,使员工充分理解并严格按照要求执行。生产结果显示:通过运用TPS改善手段及方法,提高了劳动生产率,提升了产品质量,减少了浪费,降低了劳动强度,改善了作业环境,提高了产品的过程能力。 In order to improve the production capacity of the core-making department, the analysis was made on core-making methods by using TPS. The results showed that the main reason were low movable rate and long cycle time. So the following measures was taken. The tasks were programed on machine during operation. The core box was cleaned and inspected before using. The clamping mechanism of lower core box clamping bolt was changed to lower core box cylinder,to reduce the time for changing core box. That increasing the rate of movable. Adjustment facility layout,increased automatic blowing function and shorter the cycle time. Comprehensive staff training after developing measures. So that employees fully understand and strictly in accordance with the requirements of the execution. Production results showed:By using TPS methods,labor productivity, product quality were improved. The waste rate and labor intensity were reduced. The working environment and nrocess canabilitv of the oroduct were ameliorated.
