摘要
介绍了包括三维文件的准备和命名、模拟参数的输入准备、模拟计算及结果评审等铸造CAE模拟使用流程,不仅对新品开发中如何使用CAE软件进行了详细的规定,还从职责上规定了使用CAE软件模拟的部门,对使用者的资质也进行了规定。以JX4D20发动机缸体为例,说明了铸造CAE在新品开发中的流程应用。模拟软件使用前期,要将模拟结果与实际生产铸件进行对比,并依据实际结果修正软件的判据,这样可以提高铸造CAE模拟的准确率,降低开发风险,提高新品开发的成功率。
The preparation and naming of three dimensional documents, the simulation parameters of the input preparation, simulation calculation and results evaluation of CAE simulation using process was introduced. Not only formulate on how to use CAE software to develop new product development in detail,but also set the using department from the responsibility. The qualifications were also provided. JX4D20 engine cylinder was taken as an example to describe the application of CAE in the process of new product development. At early time,the compartment should be performed between simulation results and the actual production of casting. Software parameters should be modified according to the results. It can improve the accuracy of CAE simulation, reduce development risk and improve the success rate of new product development.
