研究型大学工科研究生的培养机制探索

摘要 为实现"中国制造2025"的发展目标,我国制造业要拥有自主创新能力,实现从劳动密集型产业转变成知识技术密集型产业的升级。其中,高端创新人才是不可或缺的。因此,培养具有一流水平的研究生人是完成这一宏伟目标的关键。文章以某"985"研究型大学工科学院为例,根据其培养现状进行分析和研究,找出存在的问题和产生这些问题的主要原因,提出相应的解决措施。其中,最重要的就是对不同的研究生进行分类培养。通过这些方式,希望能提高该研究型大学工科研究生的培养质量,为国家制造业输送栋梁之才。 In order to realize the development goal of "made in China 2025", the manufacturing industry in China should have independent innovation ability, and realize the promotion from labor-intensive industries to knowledge and technology intensive industries. Among them, the high-end creative talent is indispensable. There- fore, it is the key to accomplish this grand goal to cultivate the graduate students who have the first-class level. In this paper, taking an engineering college in a "985" universities as an example, carry on the analysis and the research according to the training situation, find out existing problems and main causes of these problems, and proposes corresponding solutions. Among them, the most important is to realize the classified cultivation of different graduate students. By these means, hope to improve the training quality of the research university engi- neering graduate students, and convey pillars to the national manufacturing.
