摘要
单层次老年服务人才培养模式在量和质上都无法满足我国老年人对老年服务人才的需求。我国当前的老年服务人才培养模式在培养主体、培养方式和培养对象上均体现出单层次特点,它不利于老年服务业的健康持续发展,构建多层次老年服务人才培养模式已是刻不容缓。
The single level personnel training mode of theelderly service can not meet the demand of the elderly on the elderly service personnel from the quality and quantity. China's current elderly service personnel training mode reflects the characteristic of single level in training subject,training way and training object,what's more,the training mode is bad for the healthy and sustainable development of the elderly service industry.In this context,we need to construct a multi-level personnel training mode of the elderly service.
