川渝地区页岩气开发风险识别研究

The Risk Identification Research about Shale Gas Exploit in the Sichuan and Chongqing Area

川渝地区页岩气资源丰富,其页岩气开发对优化能源结构、实现节能减排具有重要的现实意义,但其所带来的风险也是不容忽视的。为加快川渝地区页岩气产业的发展,在阐述川渝地区页岩气开发现状的基础上,从资源、技术、经济、生态以及政策这五方面系统识别页岩气开发风险,并提出深入资源调查、根据川渝地区实际情况进行技术创新、探索降低成本新道路、加强页岩气开发环境影响评价等对策建议以促进川渝地区页岩气产业发展。

The Sichuan and Chongqing area of shale gas resource is very rich, that the shale gas exploit de- velop has important practical significance to optimize the energy structure ,to achieve energy conservation and emis- sions reduction. But we can not ignore its brings the risk. In order to speed up development of the Sichuan and Chongqing area of shale gas industry, this article in the Sichuan and Chongqing area, on the basis of shale gas exploit develop present situation, from the resource, technology, economic, ecological and policy system to identi- fy shale gas exploit develop risks. And put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of the Sichuan and Chongqing area shale gas industry, such as in-depth resource investigation, according to the ac- tual circumstance of the Sichuan and Chongqing area for technical innovation, explore new way to reduce costs, strengthen the environmental impact assessment about the shale gas exploit develop, etc.
