摘要
目的通过对新疆某三甲医院护理人员人力资本的形成和增值情况的研究,评价护理人员人力资本增值效果。方法收集护理人员近3年招录、培养等相关资料进行描述分析。结果该院2013—2015年招录的护理人员总量呈上升趋势,且均为应届毕业生,尚未取得护士资格证书,学历基本以专科为主,年龄基本分布在25岁以下;在护理人力资本的增值方面,该院采取了入院培训、轮转培训和常规培训3种形式;2013—2015年3年中均有护士人员取得硕士、本科及专科各学历,各级职称晋升人数基本呈上升趋势。结论人员引进管理不足,准入条件有待提升;激励机制不健全,人力资本培训开发力度有待加强;学习型护理团队亟待建立。
OBJECTIVE This study based on the hospital nursing staff through the research of the formation of human capital and val- ue-added human capital value-added effect evaluation of the nursing staff. METHODS The relevant data of enrollment and trainning for the nursing staff in recent three years were collected to conduct the analysis of description, RESULTS The enroll amount of nurs- ing staff from 2013 to 2015 was on the rise, and for graduates, has not obtained the nurse's qualification certificate, education was given priority to with specialized subject, basic basic distribution under 25 years old age; In nursing human capital value, the court took the admission training, rotation training and general training three forms; from 2013 to 2015 in three years, master, each under- graduate course and specialized subject degree has a nurse personnel was on the rise in recent 3 years. CONCLUSION Personnel man- agement was access to ascend; incentive mechanism was not sound, the human capital training development efforts needed to be strengthen; learning care team needed to be established.
