聚焦超声联合三氧治疗炎症性宫颈糜样改变对再次妊娠及分娩结局的影响

The Effect of Focused Ultrasound Combined with Three Oxygen Therapy on Inflammatory Cervical Erosion and the Outcome of Pregnancy and Delivery

目的分析聚焦超声联合三氧治疗炎症性宫颈糜烂样改变对再次妊娠及分娩结局的影响。方法对2009年1月—2014年3月在白银市妇幼保健院门诊治疗炎症性宫颈糜烂样改变并有生育意愿的198例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据患者对治疗方法的选择分为研究组与对照组,研究组96例选择聚焦超声联合三氧进行治疗,对照组102例选择微波治疗。通过治疗后对两组患者进行两年的随访,观察两组患者再次妊娠及分娩情况。结果研究组患者再次妊娠率为79.2%,对照组再次妊娠率为56.9%。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组自然分娩率高于对照组,且自然流产率、剖宫产率和宫颈裂伤率均低于对照组,两组分别比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论聚焦超声联合三氧治疗炎症性宫颈糜烂样改变治疗效果好,安全性高,治疗后对患者再次妊娠及分娩结局影响小。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the influence of next pregnancy and delivery after the treatment of focused ultrasound combined with ozone for the inflammatory cervical erosion. METHODS Retrospectively analyze the 198 patients of target hospital who suffered inflammatory cervical erosion and meanwhile they had fertility desire from January 2009 to March 2014. The patients were divided in- to study group and control group according to the choice of treatment method, the 96 cases in the study group were treated by the fo- cused ultrasound combined with ozone, the 102 cases in the control group were treated by the microwave. Follow-up the patients for two years after treatment, observe the situation of next pregnancy and delivery of the two groups of patients. RESULTS The rate of pregnancy again in the study group was 79.2%, while the rate of pregnancy again in the control group was 56.9%. Compared with the two groups, the difference was statistically effective（P〈0.05）. The natural delivery rate in the study group was higher than the control group, and the spontaneous abortion rate, cesarean section rate and cervical laceration rate were lower than that in the con- trol group. Two groups were compared, the differences were statistically effective（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSIONS The treatment effect of focused ultrasound combined with ozone for inflammatory cervical erosion were great and safe. It had less effect on the next pregnan- cy and delivery after treatment.
