摘要
目的探究实施丙种球蛋白联合光疗治疗ABO溶血新生儿应用护理干预的临床效果。方法临床纳入2014年4月—2016年4月住院进行治疗的ABO溶血新生儿68例,按随机投掷法给予分组,对照组34例行一般护理,研究组34例在一般护理中结合干预措施。对比两组治疗效果及恢复情况,观察患儿家长对临床服务的满意情况与护理质量评价。结果对照组患儿家属对临床皮肤、环境、病情监测及喂食等方面评分均较低,研究组较高(P<0.05)。对照组家长对护理服务满意度为64.71%,研究组为91.18%,研究组较高(P<0.05)。结论通过护理干预增加了患者的治疗效果,缩短了恢复及住院时间,改善了治疗水平,提高患儿家长满意度与质量评分。
OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical effect for the implementation from of gamma globulin combined with phototherapy treat- ment of ABO hemolysis newborn nursing. METHODS 68 cases of ABO hemolysis hewborn from April 2014 to April 2016 were grouped by randomly throwing law, 34 patients in the control group on basic health care, research group of 34 patients in the general care of combined interventions, which were compared by treatment and recovery. Nursing Research on serum bilirubin, after hospital- ization, jaundice time be better improved compared to the control group（P〈0.05）. Nursing Research Group of hemoglobin, hematoerit, red blood cell count in peripheral blood level increased compared to the control group（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION the application of inter- vention nursing increased the therapeutic effect, shortened the recovery and hospitalization time and improved the level of treatment.
