燕山山脉不同居群豆茶决明次生代谢产物含量的测定分析 被引量:2

摘要 以燕山山脉5个居群豆茶决明为研究材料,测定并分析同一生境条件下各居群不同结构中次生代谢物的含量。结果表明:各居群豆茶决明叶中绿原酸、黄酮、游离蒽醌、鞣质等含量,高于根、茎中的含量;根、茎、叶结构中黄酮、蒽醌总含量相对要高于其他几种次生代谢物。其中,叶中黄酮、蒽醌含量最高。在豆茶决明叶、种子中,生物碱总含量随海拔升高呈现下降—上升—下降的变化趋势,根、茎、叶中总绿原酸的质量分数呈现下降—上升—下降的变化趋势,游离蒽醌的总含量呈现先下降,再升高再下降的变化趋势,鞣质总含量整体呈下降的变化趋势,多糖总含量呈现先下降后上升,再下降再上升的变化趋势。 Five Cassia nomame populations in Yanshan Mountain were used to study the nutrient components and the secondary metabolites in different structures of different Cassia nomame populations. The results were as follows. The contents of chlorogenic acid, flavonoid, anthraquinone and tannin in leaves of Cassia nomame were higher than those in both roots and stems. Both flavonoid and total anthraquinone contents in roots, stems and leaves were relatively higher than other kinds of secondary metabolites, especially in the leaves. The con- tents of alkaloids in the leaves and the seeds of Cassia nomame showed a down-up-down trend with increasing altitude, so were the contents of total chlorogenic acid in roots, stems and leaves. However, the total contents of anthraquinone decreased first at low altitude and then increased at high altitude, but the total tannin contents tended to be increasing. Unintelligibly, the total polysaccharide contents exhibited down-up-down-up mode.
