摘要
建立了一种采用静态顶空-气相色谱测定甲醇柴油中甲醇含量的分析方法。实验结果表明,甲醇在极性DB-WAX型色谱柱上能获得较好的分离效果;当萃取比(试样质量与萃取剂体积的比)为0.05~0.15g/mL时,萃取效果最佳;最佳顶空操作条件为平衡温度80℃,平衡时间30min;试样溶液中甲醇的含量在0.614~6.142g/L范围内,甲醇浓度与峰面积呈现良好的线性关系;方法的相对标准偏差为1.8%,回收率为91.6%~102.2%,检出限为5mg/kg,可以完全满足检验的要求。
A method for the analysis of methanol content in diesel by means of the headspace gas chromatography was established. It was showed that the methanol was separated well with the polar DB-WAX column. When the extraction ratio (the volume ratio of sample mass to extractant mass) was in the range of 0.05 -0.15 g/mL, the optimal extraction result was achieved. The suitable headspace conditions were the equilibrium temperature of 80 ℃ and the equilibrium time of 30 min.The linear relation between the methanol concentration and the peak area was satisfying in the concentration range of 0.614 - 6.142 g/L with the correlation coefficient of 0.999 8. The relative standard deviation and the detection limit of the method were 1.8% and 5 mg/kg respectively, with the recovery in the range of 91.6% - 102.2%.
