摘要
针对串联蓄电池组单体电池间存在的不一致性问题,改进了一种基于Buck-Boost均衡电路的均衡控制策略。由于传统的均衡控制策略对某些特殊情况的电池组不一致状态均衡效果不理想,采用最值比较法与相邻差值比较法相结合的均衡控制策略,可有效改善电池组的不一致性,并得到仿真实验对比验证。最后通过对6节镍镉蓄电池的均衡充电,结果表明该均衡策略能有效减小电池组极差,避免不一致性的扩大,提高电池组容量利用率。
According to the existence of inconsistencies between individual cells in series battery pack, a balanced control strategy is improved based on Buck-Boost equalization circuit.Since the conventional balance control strategy for some special cases of battery unbalanced status equalization effect is not ideal, the balance control strategy is combination of difference comparison method and maximum value comparison method ,which can effectively improve the battery consistency and gets validated by simulation experiment.Finally,through six sections nickel-cadmium battery equalization charging.The experimental results show that the balancing strategy can effectively reduce the battery range, avoid expansion of the inconsistency, and improve the utilization rate of the battery capacity.
