摘要
为改善现有等离子电源硬件电路的线下测试效率低、劳动强度大、通用性差等缺点,搭建了基于虚拟仪器的通用测试平台。在LabWindows/CVI软件开发环境下,根据等离子切割系统各个模块输入输出信号的特性,设计了针对各功能模块的测试方案,大大提高了检测效率和系统的通用性。在实际应用中,有效验证了所搭建测试平台的合理性和优越性。
Nowadays,off-line hardware testing suffers from low effficiency,high labor intensity and poor universality.A virtual instrument based universal testing platform is built to improve these kinds of problems.According to the characteristic of input and output signal of each functional modules, typical testing platform under the environment of LabWindows/CVI is generated,which greatly improves the testing efficiency and versatility.In the practical application, the rationality and superiority of the testing platform is proved.
