颜氏益心方干预代谢综合征及对脂肪细胞因子影响的临床研究

Effect of Yanshi Yixin Fang on Metabolic Syndrome and Adipocyte Factor

目的:探讨颜氏益心方干预代谢综合征及其脂肪细胞因子的影响。方法:选取2015年2月-2016年2月广州市东升医院收治的100例代谢综合征患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组50例。对照组口服卡托普利、辛伐他汀和二甲双胍治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上增加颜氏益心方干预治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后各项生化指标变化以及脂肪细胞因子的变化。结果:经过治疗两组患者的各项生化指标和脂肪细胞因子均有所改善,空腹血糖(FPG)、胰岛素抵抗指数(IR)和血压经治疗后均改善,治疗组效果均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇治疗后均降低(P>0.05)。高密度脂蛋白胆固醇经治疗后升高(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后,抵抗素、脂联素、纤溶酶原激活抑制因子均改善(P<0.05)。结论:颜氏益心方有干预代谢综合征及调节脂肪细胞因子的疗效。

Objective： To observe the effect ofYanshi Yixin Fang on metabolic syndrome and adipocyte factors. Method： This study was performed from Feb 2015 to Feb 2016, a total of 100 patients with metabolic syndrome were admitted to Guangzhou Dongsheng Hospital, and then were randomly divided into the treatment group （ n=50 ） and the control group （ n=50 ） .The control group was treated with oral Captopril, Simvastatin as well as Mefformin, and the treatment group received oral Captopril, Simvastatin, Metformin together with Yan Shi Yixin Fang treatment.Differences of biochemical indexes and fat cells factor of two groups before and after treatment were performed.Result： The biochemical indexes and fat cells factor were improved both in control group and treatment group after treatment, including fasting plasma glucose （ FPG ）, insulin resistance index （ IR ） and blood pressure.Furthermore, cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol were significantly decreased in control group and treatment group （ P〉0.05 ）, in contrast, high density lipoprotein cholesterol was notably increased of two groups （P〈0.05） .In addition, resistin, adiponectin, plasminogen activator inhibitor content were markedly improved （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： Yan shi Yixin t Fang has the efficacy of interventions on metabolic syndrome as well as regulations adipokines.
