归肾丸对PCOS不孕症患者着床窗期子宫内膜容受性的影响

Effect of Guishen Pill in Improving Endometrial Receptivity in Infertility Patients with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

目的:观察分析归肾丸对PCOS不孕症患者着床窗期子宫内膜容受性的影响。方法:选取2013年1月-2015年6月本院收治的56例PCOS不孕患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将患者分为治疗Ⅰ组(n=28)和治疗Ⅱ组(n=28),治疗Ⅰ组给予氯米芬(CC)/绒毛膜促性腺激素(h CG)促排卵,治疗Ⅱ组给予归肾丸+CC/h CG促排卵,选择同期因男性不育或输卵管因素就诊的不孕症患者28例为对照组。观察各组患者植入窗期的子宫内膜厚度、类型,子宫内膜下螺旋动脉血流指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI),血清E_2、P水平,子宫内膜LIF水平和妊娠情况。结果:治疗Ⅱ组患者的子宫内膜厚度、类型,子宫内膜下螺旋动脉血流指数、阻力指数,血清P水平,子宫内膜LIF水平和妊娠率均显著优于对照组和治疗Ⅰ组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗Ⅱ组患者的血清E_2与对照组和治疗Ⅰ组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:归肾丸可显著改善PCOS不孕症患者着床窗期子宫内膜容受性,进而提高临床妊娠率,具有临床推广价值。

Objective： To research the effect of Guishen Pill in improving endometrial receptivity in infertility patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome.Method： A total of 56 patients with PCOS selected from January 2013 to June 2015 were randomly divided into two groups, 28 cases in each groups.Group Ⅰ was given CC/hCG treatment while group Ⅱ was given Guishen Pill＋CC/hCG treatment.Totally 28 women having problems of tubal who underwent artificial insemination were recruited as the control group and they received no drug therapy.Endometrial thickness and pattern, PI, RI, the levels of serum Ez and P, LIF level of endometrial and rate of pregnancy were compared between two groups.Result： Endometrial thickness and patter, PI, RI, the levels of serum E2 and P, LIF level of endometrial and rate of pregnancy in group Ⅱ were better than those of the control group and group I （ P〈0.05 ） .The levels of serum E2 were also significantly increased in three groups （P〉0.05） .Conclusion： Guishen Pill is an effective to improve the endometrial receptivity in infertility patients with polycy＇stic ovarian syndrome and it has clinical value.
