Review of Musculoskeletal Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Low Back Pain

核磁共振成像(MRI)、CT和X线被广泛应用于腰痛病因诊断,然而其使用的局限性和禁忌证限制了它们的应用。超声作为一种安全、廉价、易于使用的技术,在肌肉骨骼疾病的诊断及治疗方面显示出巨大的潜力。本文简要综述超声成像在腰痛诊断中的应用及研究进展,为临床工作提供参考。

Magnetic resonance imaging （ MRI ）, CT and X-ray are widely used in the diagnosis cause of low back pain.However, its limitations and contraindications limit the applications.Ultrasound is a safe, cheap and easy to use technology shows great potential in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal diseases. This paper summarizes the research progress and application of ultrasound imaging in the diagnosis of low back pain, and provide reference for clinical work.
