护士人文精神培养现状的研究进展

随之社会的进步和医学的发展,人文精神的培养越来越受到重视。在临床护理工作中,人文精神的作用愈发显得重要。由于我国人文教育起步较晚,发展得并不完善。重视护士人文精神的培养,在促进护理学科的发展方面起着非常重要的作用。本文就目前我国护士人文精神培养的现状、加强其培养的重要性以及对策作一综述。

Along with the progress of society and the development of medieine, more and more attention has been paid to the cultivation of humanistic spirit.In the clinical nursing work, the role of the humanistic spirit is important.Because the humanities education in our country starts late, the development is not perfect.Attaching importance to the cultivation of the humanistic spirit of the nurse, which plays a very important role in promoting the development of nursing discipline.In this paper, the current situation of humanistic spirit cultivation of nurses in our country, the importance of strengthening the cultivation and the countermeasures are summarized.
