摘要
从专业必修课、专业选修课、馆员职业认证制度、教学团队、毕业生去向等方面对武汉大学和筑波大学进行对比分析可以发现,中日两国图书馆学本科教育存在明显的差异。我国图书馆学本科教育应借鉴日本图书馆学本科教育经验,注重拓展选修课程体系,在进一步完善新兴技术类选修课程的同时,充分体现图书馆学多学科融合的发展趋势。另外,在教师队伍建设方面,我国图书馆学本科教育应加强引进具有其他学科背景的教师,促进教师团队的多元化建设和发展。
It is found that there exists obvious difference on undergraduate library science education between China and Japan, by the comparison of Wuhan University and the University of Tsukuba in compulsory courses, elective courses, library vocational qualification certification system, teaching faculty and employment of graduates. Undergraduate library science education in China should draw lessons from Japan, attach more on elective courses, perfect the emerging technical elective courses, and fully embody the multidisciplinary integration trend of the development of library science. Furthermore, in the aspect of teaching faculty construction, more faculty members with non-library background should be employed, and it should strengthen the diversity of the teacher team construction and development.
