基于并联电池组的预充算法研究

摘要 在设计储能系统时,电池组以并联方式提高能量,但并联电池组的电动势存在不均衡性,导致电池组之间产生"环流"现象。为解决此问题,根据预充电路提出相应的预充算法,该算法基于C#设计平台,比较预充时间与预充时间的阈值,在预充时间满足的条件下,计算各电池组总电压的差值,比较最大差值与预充总电压差的阈值,若最大差值满足条件,则停止预充,手动启动PCS,实现对整个系统的充放电。实践证明:该算法能够提高并联电池组电动势的一致性,避免环流造成电池过充过放,影响其寿命,进而可提高整个电池组的输出功率及使用效率。 In the design of energy storage system, the energy was improved through parallel manner, but parallel battery electromotive force was not balanced, then the "circulation" phenomenon would arise between the battery pack. In order to solve this problem, according to the charging way the corresponding pre-filling algorithm was put forward, the algorithm was based on C# design platform. Comparing pre-filled time and threshold, in the process of the filling time under the condition of pre-filled time meet, the total battery voltage difference was calculated. Maximum difference compared with pre-filled total voltage difference of threshold value, maximum difference if meet the conditions, then stop pre-filled, manually start the PCS, then the charge and discharge of the whole system were realized. It was proved that the consistency of the battery electromotive force in parallel was improved through the algorithm, the circulation of battery charge discharge was avoided, life was affected, also the output power of the battery pack and efficiency were increased.
