摘要
介绍了背接触太阳电池用绝缘浆料的材料性能及工艺优化。通过分析绝缘材料的微观结构和元素组成,并对不同条件下的绝缘浆料进行差热分析,对绝缘材料的固化条件进行实验验证,研究了绝缘浆料对电池效率的影响,优化了绝缘浆料的固化工艺。
The material properties and process optimization of interlayer dielectric paste for back contact solar cell were introduced. Element analysis, micro-level and thermal analysis would be used to reveal how the paste could affect cell performance as an insulating material, and the curing condition analysis would be used to observe the property changes during thermal process, which could guide the optimization of this process.
