摘要
选用添加钛、铌元素的超低碳微合金钢为对象,分别对其进行750、800和850℃,保温135 s的退火处理,研究3种退火温度对钢板再结晶晶粒形貌和析出相种类的影响,同时基于欧洲标准EN 10209:2013测试3种退火钢板的氢渗透值(TH),评价退火温度对钢板抗鳞爆性能的影响。结果表明:在压下率相同条件下,退火温度影响钢板的再结晶组织和析出相种类与数量,其中800℃时,试验钢板的再结晶晶粒细小均匀,形成了Mn S、Ti_4S_2C_2和TiC等析出相,其氢渗透值TH最大,即抗鳞爆性最好。
An ultra-low carbon micro-alloyed steel containing Ti and Nb was cold rolled and annealed at the temperatures of 750,800 and850 ℃ for 135 s to investigate the influence of the annealing treatment on microstructure and fish scaling resistance of the steel. The effect of annealing temperature on the TH values of the annealed steel was tested based on the European standard EN 10209: 2013. The results show that annealing temperature affects the recrystallized structure and the type and quantity of precipitates of the cold rolled steel with the same reduction rate. TH value is the highest when annealing at 800 ℃,namely,its fish scaling resistance is the best due to the fine and uniform recrystallized grains with Mn S,Ti_4S_2C_2 and TiC precipitates in the microstructure of the annealed steel.
