地沟油燃料烘烤设备在密集烤房中的应用潜力

Potential of Gutter Oil Substituting for Coal in Tobacco Curing

为探究地沟油在烟草烘烤作为新型燃料的应用潜力,综述了目前新型燃料在烤烟烘烤中的应用现状,并阐述地沟油性质特点及作为烟草烘烤燃料的注意事项。结果表明,目前烟草烘烤燃料存在着污染大、热值不高等缺点;地沟油廉价易得,燃烧性能好,作为烟草烘烤燃料具有较大潜力;未来应加强地沟油进一步提纯及燃烧装置改造等研究,旨在为烤烟烘烤中降低成本、减少污染提供参考。

To explore the potential of gutter oil as novel fuel in tobacco curing, we summarized the utilizationstatus of novel fuels, the properties of illegal cooking oil and the notes of using illegal cooking oil in tobaccocuring. The results showed that novel fuels used in tobacco curing had some deficiencies such as severepollution and low calorific value. Gutter oil, characterized by low price, abuandance and high calorific value,has great potential as fuel for tobacco curing. Further purification of gutter oil and revamp of combustionapparatus should be researched, for providing references in cost reduction and pollution control in tobaccocuring.
