标准化专业人才培养模式研究以“标准化+服务”为例

Research on the Cultivation Mode of Talents of Standardization Major——Taking "Cultivating Professional Talents of Service Standardization" as an Example

标准化人才是标准化事业创新发展和建设标准强国的关键。本文围绕标准化人才培养问题,分析了标准化学科建设的迫切性,比较了专业标准化人才和标准化专业人才两种培养规格或模式,以中国计量大学"标准化+服务"的标准化人才培养模式为案例,重点探讨了"标准化+"的标准化专业人才培养模式构建范式,旨在推广标准化专业人才培养经验,为我国标准化专业或学科建设和标准化人才培养提供借鉴和参考。

High-quality talent is the key to achieve standardization innovation and development and powerful nation of standard. This paper focuses on the cultivation of professional talents of standardization, analyzes the urgency of standardization discipline construction, compares the two specifications or modes of professional talents of standardization and standardization major talents. This paper also takes the cultivation mode of professional talents of service standardization in China Jiliang University as a case, discusses about the cultivation mode of professional talents of standardization in order to fundamentally solve the problems of ＂unprofessional＂ standardization practitioners and the lack of talent reserve, accelerate the professional talent team construction of standardization to provide reference.
