摘要 本文以国家技术标准创新基地(长株潭)(筹)的建设为视角,通过分析标准化工作改革对技术标准创新基地建设的要求,提出了国家技术标准创新基地的创新要素与实施路径。 In the sight of National Technical Standard Innovation Base of Chang Zhu Tan, （organizing）, this paper analyzes the demands on the construction of National Technical Standard Innovation Base （NTSIB） of standardization reforms, and then puts forward the innovation elements and enforcement roadmap of NTSIB.
