摘要
普惠性民办幼儿园的发展面临诸多问题,其中观念层面所存在的问题,直接影响着普惠性民办幼儿园政策的落实,因此,妥善地解决观念层面的问题,就成为解决其他问题的先导。就观念层面而言,存在的主要问题是,理论界和实务界对普惠性民办幼儿园的认识模糊。要解决这一认识模糊问题,需要对普惠性民办幼儿园进行科学界定。对普惠性民办幼儿园进行科学合理的界定,对普惠性民办幼儿园之教育政策的制定、实施和评估将产生积极影响,有利于民办幼儿园健康发展。
Inclusive private kindergarten development faces many problems, including the problem of the concept level, which directly affects the implementation of the inclusive private kindergarten policy. Therefore, properly solve the problem of the concept level has become the guide to solve other problems. On the concept level, the main problem is that the vague understanding of inclusive private kindergarten. In order to solve the problem, the scientific definition of inclusive private kindergarten is needed. The scientific and reasonable definition of Inclusive private kindergarten, is conducive to the formulation, implementation and assessment of inclusive private kindergarten education policy, and the healthy development of private kindergarten.
