免疫卡控点分子在肿瘤免疫治疗中的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 免疫卡控点是在机体免疫系统中维持自身免疫耐受、调节免疫应答的调控分子,尤其在肿瘤免疫调控中起重要的作用。免疫卡控点阻断疗法可通过特异性阻断抗体消除免疫抑制功能,促进机体的抗肿瘤免疫应答,抑制肿瘤生长,已成为肿瘤免疫治疗的新策略。该文就几种常见的免疫卡控点分子,即细胞毒T细胞相关蛋白-4(CTLA-4)、程序性死亡分子-1(PD-1)及T细胞免疫球蛋白及粘蛋白分子-3(TIM-3)在肿瘤免疫治疗的研究进展作一综述。
